This is a super difficult site to bring forward and the owners have been trying for 30yrs to develop. It is in Green Belt meaning there are only very limited circumstances it can be developed such as NPPF para 78 & 80. A detailed Housing Needs Assessment will be conducted to determine the Affordable Housing requirement before submitting a full planning application. Planning applications like this are very expensive and not guaranteed to succeed!
