Landlord Maintenance

Routine maintenance to appliances within the property is the landlord’s responsibility. However, the cost of repair or replacement resulting from any damage caused by negligence or improper use rather than ‘wear and tear’ will be the tenant’s responsibility.

The tenancy agreement requires the tenant to report all problems or defects to the landlord or Quarters of Leeds as soon as is practical so action may be taken to avoid further deterioration to the property.
