Jayne left the business in 2015 to have a family
The portfolio grew to 340 managed tenancies before selling to Linley and Simpson in 2019
Kris set up a personal investment business on the back of the Section 24 tax changes to mortgage interest
In addition to buy to let investing. We started to flip houses for profit. This was the start of the road to largers development projects
A Joint Venture was formed between Kris Carpenter, Frank Kofler and Richard Lumley with the intention of delivering high end residential schemes in Yorkshire
Southfield, Harrogate was the largest scheme consisting of 20 units and £9m gross development value
Following on the success in property sourcing, property management and land development it was decided to amalgamate brands and form Quattro Property Services from Quarters of Leeds and Quattro Property group
This reflects our history as a property services business helping small scale investors right through to international companies with property requirements in the Yorkshire region
